Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection law. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
